Midtown Global Market is excited to host a new event, the HerStory Book Fair on Saturday, April 12 from Noon to 3 p.m. The event promises to be a powerful celebration of women’s voices and the stories that shape our community.

The HerStory Book fair will highlight the contributions of Minnesota’s female authors across diverse cultural backgrounds and literary genres, while providing a platform for them to showcase and sell their work. Guests can expect storytelling, interactive sessions, and can get their books signed during the event. There will be author panels with themes including women in literature and overcoming barriers.

This event is supported by Strive Publishing & Bookstore, aiming to inspire community collaboration through publishing stories to heal, teach, learn, and earn, while building an ecosystem that embodies a rich Black culture and heritage.
